• The crossed-out price is the shop's normal price, not an inflated figure to make the discount look bigger.
• Sets cost less than the products bought separately. It's the cheapest way to put together a complete routine in one go.
• End-of-line and final stock are reduced until they sell out. When they're gone, they're gone - there's no restock.

It depends on what you're after. Sets are almost always cheaper than buying separately, so there's little advantage in waiting. End-of-line items, on the other hand, only appear when they appear - if you've been eyeing one for weeks and it's dropped in price, it's probably final stock.
