What we're asked before the first order.
Which brands do you supply?
Our own brands, Redex (car care and maintenance) and Max (comfort and accessories), and the brands we distribute in Portugal: Little Joe, Holts, Goodyear and MIO. All on the same price list and in the same order.
Who can become a trade customer?
Registered businesses: car accessory shops, garages and auto centres, car washes and detailers, petrol stations, DIY and hardware stores, distributors and online shops. We don't sell to private individuals through this channel.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no fixed minimum. In Portugal, shipping is free from €250 net per order; below that amount you can still order, but shipping is paid by the customer. Outside Portugal, shipping is agreed case by case.
How does payment work?
Payment upfront by advance bank transfer, against a proforma invoice. Payment terms can be reviewed based on account history.
Can I buy from the online shop on trade terms?
No. The online shop is for end consumers. Trade sales go through our sales team, with a dedicated B2B price list and an invoice with your company's VAT number.
Do you supply outside Portugal?
Yes, case by case. Tell us your country and expected volume in the form and our sales team will reply with the shipping terms.
