How can I contact Plurifil?

Use the contact form on this page so your message reaches the right person. If you need help with an order, include your order number and the email address you used to buy.

What is the average response time?

We usually reply within 24-48 working hours. At busier times (campaigns and promotions) it may take a little longer.

What are your customer service hours?

We are available on working days. If you write to us outside those hours, your message is logged and answered on the next working day.

Where is my order? How do I track it?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking link. Orders ship from Portugal.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We ship from Portugal. Free shipping in Portugal over €50 and in Spain over €75. Other countries: rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Follow the instructions in our Returns Policy. To speed things up, include your order number, photos of the item (if relevant) and the reason.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, send your request through the form as soon as possible. Once it has shipped it can no longer be changed, but you can still exercise your right of return.

How do I get an invoice with a VAT number?

Enter your VAT number at checkout. If you forgot, contact us with your order number and the correct VAT number and we will check whether the invoice can be issued or corrected.

Where can I find the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and CLP/GHS information?

The SDS and CLP/GHS information are on the SDS & Safety page. If in doubt, quote the product SKU/EAN.

Are the products safe on leather, textiles and painted surfaces?

Always check the instructions on the product page and its SDS. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before applying to the whole surface.

I am a business or retailer. How do I ask for trade terms?

Fill in the form with your VAT number, estimated volume and the brands you are interested in, or see the Business & B2B page (if applicable).

Do you work with creators or affiliates?

Yes. Share your profile and main metrics through the form. See also the affiliate programme guidelines (if applicable).
