Rinse and dry

Plenty of water and a microfibre towel. The wax in the formula leaves the paint drying to a shine.

Is Redex Snow Foam any good?

Yes. It's a thick, white active foam that covers the car and loosens dirt before the cloth touches the paintwork. It contains wax, so the bodywork dries with a shine. It's used on the whole exterior - bodywork, glass, wheels and tyres. For finishing each area, the Detail Series has dedicated products.

Do I need a foam cannon to use it?

No. It works best with a foam cannon, because the foam comes out thicker and clings for longer. But the formula is the same if you wash by hand from a bucket.

Can I wash by hand, without a foam cannon?

Yes. Fill the bucket, dissolve the dose shown on the label in water, and apply with a mitt or sponge. A foam cannon gives a thicker layer, but by hand it's the same shampoo, just less dense.

Does the foam come out pink?

No. The liquid is fluorescent pink in the bottle. When applied, the foam always comes out white, thick and creamy. Never pink.

How many washes does the 1 L bottle give?

It depends on the dose you use and your method. A foam cannon uses less per wash than washing by hand from a bucket. The right dose is on the label. It's usually less than you'd think.

Which surfaces can I use it on?

The whole exterior of the car - bodywork, glass, wheels and tyres. It's the pre-wash and wash shampoo: it covers the whole car in foam before rinsing. For finishing each area, the Detail Series has dedicated products (wheels, tyres, glass and interior).
