We have three kits with the Redex name in our shop. They aren't the same kit at different prices: each one covers something different and suits a different person. Here's the real difference, without pushing you towards the most expensive one.

Which to choose
- You've never washed your car at home and want everything at once, inside and out: go for the Redex Complete Kit.
- You already wash your car but want to step up a level and already have a brush, mitt and cloths: go for the Detail Series Kit.
- You want the Detail Series system and don't yet have the right accessories to apply it: go for the Detail Series Kit + Accessories.
- You only wash your car once a month: you don't need a kit at all. Buy the Car Shampoo on its own (€2.99) and use the towels you already have at home. A 14-product kit would end up half-used on the shelf.

Do the three kits cover the whole car or different steps?
Yes, all three cover the whole car. What changes is the depth and the accessories included: the Redex Complete Kit has more products, including an air freshener and an upholstery brush; the two Detail Series kits focus on the 6-product system from the premium range.
What is the real difference between the Redex Complete Kit and the Detail Series Kit?
The Redex Complete Kit (€59.99) has 14 products from the Redex range, including an air freshener, active wax and an upholstery brush. The Detail Series Kit (€39.55) has only the 6 products in the Detail Series line: Snow Foam shampoo, wheel cleaner, tyre shine, exterior ceramic detailer, interior detailer and concentrated glass cleaner. It is smaller but more focused on a single range.
Do I need a pressure washer or compressor to use these kits?
No. All three kits are applied by hand, with a bucket, sponge or cloth. No product needs a polishing machine or compressor, although the Snow Foam Shampoo also works with a foam cannon if you already have one.
Are the free T-shirt and towel really free?
Yes. The Redex Complete Kit includes a Redex T-shirt, in sizes S, L and XL, at no extra cost. The Detail Series Kit + Accessories includes the ultra-absorbent towel as a free gift. Neither appears as a separate cost at checkout.
I only wash my car once a month. Is a kit worth it?
Probably not. A 14-product kit is designed for people who look after their car regularly. If you rarely wash it, just buy the Car Shampoo on its own (€2.99) and use towels you already have at home. Save money and avoid half-used products drying out on the shelf.
Are the products in the kits made by Plurifil or bought from another brand?
Redex is made by Plurifil, in Rio de Mouro, Sintra. All three kits contain only products from that factory, with no outside brands mixed in.
